Charles was previously employed by Victoria Falls Hotel and Safari Lodge and completed a couple of great courses, including Service Training provided by Touch Company as well as  Lets Sell Lobster training on 5 star service including wine and cocktail course and management, both highly rated by the industry. He is also fluent in few languages: English, Shona, Ddebele, Nambia, Xsosa, Zulu, Tonga, Nyanjaand Chewa. Charles joined Bay Villas as Wescamp Butler in October 2010. Charles loves spending free time with his friends or playing beach volleyball.

Pamela will be at your services when it comes to coordinating household activities, including cleaning, assisting in cooking and help with serving food and drinks

Pamela was previously employed by Mount Nelson Hotel and Crystal Towers and joined Village & Life in 2010.

In spare time she enjoys to spend time with her friends and loves to cook.

Carla was born in Cape Town and matriculated at Ned Doman Senior Secondary School. She worked from 1998 – 2004 in Time Share sales at Club Resorts International, joining Village & Life in March 2004. Carla started off as a receptionist for one and a half years and she is now settled in the reservations department. Carla likes to unwind by socializing after a hard day’s work.
